Greek yoghurt pancakes 

My favourite meal of the day was always the breakfast then i have the time to prepare something yummi and healthy as well. i´m able to decorate it beautifully and can enjoy it quietly. What is your favourite meal?
Mostly I will eat omlettes, pancakes, crepes, Kaiserschmarren (typical Austrian), oatmeal or just a plain muesli with yoghurt and fruits. As you can see I can be really creative with my breakfast. If I could choose what I always want to eat I would prefer pancakes because I can experiment with them and change the taste in an instant. Because I do have so many yummi recipes and I always track them I just discovered that most of them are under 400 calories.. so here are my top 5 pancakes recipes under 400 calories.

Ingredients Pancake recipes under 400 calories per serving

1/3 cup quick rolled oats
1 tbsp nutral protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla aroma
some baking powder
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
 1 tbsp skim milk
 2 egg whites
1/2 banana
First put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 2 minutes on high speed. At the end the dough should be a bit thicker.
Use a non stick pan lightly oiled. Reheat a pan to medium heat and use a spoon to portion the pancakes. Bake them until golden brown.
You can top them of with whatever you like. I used the other half of the banana and some blueberries.
